Welcome to the LIFEUNO.COM and/or LifeUno mobile Application (both collectively and individually referred to as 'Application' as needed). The Application is owned and operated by LifeUno Ventures Private Limited ('LIFEUNO'), which has its registered office at Merlin Infinite, Unit No. 1201, DN-51, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkota 700091.

The terms 'You 'or 'Your 'refers to you as the user (whether you are a registered user (defined below), LSP registered user (defined below) or an unregistered user (defined below)) and the terms' LIFEUNO', 'We', '; Us', 'Company', 'Our 'and/or 'LifeUno 'refers to LIFEUNO Ventures Private Limited (including its directors, employees and legal representatives, agents and executors). In the event that the Application is used by someone on your behalf, the expression 'You 'or 'Your 'or 'User 'also apply to this person.

These 'Terms of Use "Privacy Policy 'together with any additional Service-Specific Terms and Conditions, other policies that may apply to specific parts of the Application and any disclaimers that may be present on the Application, are collectively referred to as the 'Agreement 'and constitute the terms of your access and use of the Application and the Services (defined below). If any part of the Agreement is amended in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement shall be enforced in its amended form.


LIFEUNO is the author, owner and publisher of the Application, which will mean the mobile Application 'UNLIFE 'and the site '', blogs contained therein, queries answered by our team by e-mail, telephone or any other medium and all variants, tools, editions, additions and associated products or services to the Application (including all files and images, contained therein or generated by the Software, and accompanying data, herein referred to individually or collectively as 'Application & quot;). The Application may be used by users (defined below) to use services and / or to find, access, manage and organize information, including but not limited to personal or non-personal information, medical / consultant information, appointments, prescriptions, laboratory and diagnostics. tests, medication delivery, electronic medical records, billing, inventory, accounting information and other relevant information.


1. 'Registered Users' are users: who have successfully registered with LIFEUNO through the Application by providing and uploading KYC documents and information that is true and accurate and who can log in to their account on the Application by providing 'Unique Access Code 'and 'Identification Number 'as a username and by creating a password.

2. 'LifeUno Service Providers' or 'LSPs 'are third parties, including, but not limited to, third party medical professionals, consultants, clinics or hospitals listed on the Application, also include their duly qualified physicians, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, consultants, medical equipment suppliers, laboratory service providers , phlebotomist, pharmacist, other random and accessory healthcare providers listed on the Application and interact with users as part of the services. 'LSP Registered Users 'are registered users whose profile has a unique identification attached to it, including, but not limited to, UHID (unique health identification) or UMR (unique medical record). LSP registered users may not be able to access certain areas of the Application.

3. 'Unregistered users 'are users who have not registered for the Application themselves. Unregistered users may not be able to access certain areas of the Application.
Registered users, LSP-registered users and non-registered users must be individually or collectively referred to as 'users'.


1. Unregistered User: An unregistered user is not permitted to access or use the Application for purposes other than the following permitted uses:
I. To browse the Application without accessing any services provided to registered members;
ii. To share the Application via social media applications.
iii. To purchase products or other services offered to them on the Application.
LSP Registered Users: An LSP Registered User is only permitted to access and use the Services provided only through a particular LSP or other restrictions and limitations provided for in the Agreement or otherwise may be communicated to LSP -Registered User from time to time through any contact information shared by LSP or LSP-registered User at the time of registration.

Registered User: A registered user has specific permission to:
I. Enjoy all access and use rights of an unregistered user;
ii. Access to and use the Services subject to such restrictions and limitations as are provided in the Agreement or which may otherwise be communicated to the registered User from time to time through any contact information shared by such User at the time of registration.


The data and information available on the Application can be categorized as follows:
Data and information generated or provided by unregistered users, LSP registered users and registered users of the Application ('User Content";).
2. Data and information that LIFEUNO (through itself or its contractors) has generated or acquired for the Application and includes data and information generated or provided by LSP ('LIFEUNO Content').


As required by law, you must be at least 18 years of age or older, have a sound mind and not be precluded by any law from entering into contracts to access and use the Application and services as a primary user. In the event that the Application or services are to be accessed or used by a minor (ie a person under the age of 18), only the legal guardian / representative of such a person must register himself as a primary user and create / add the minor's profile as a secondary user.
All services will only be requested and provided to the primary User. A secondary user can only use the services provided to the primary User as a beneficiary. The Primary User will be fully responsible and liable for the Secondary User's activity on the Application as if the Application and services were accessed and used by the primary User.

You will only use the Application and the features of the Application in relation to and in accordance with all applicable Indian laws. You will not use this Application or any feature provided on the Application for purposes not intended in this Agreement.

You should limit the use of this Application to India only and hyperlocal areas where we provide services. We are not responsible if you use a service from an area we do not Service or outside India. .

Certain services are site specific. Depending on your location, some services may not be available to you.
You will not knowingly use the Application in any way that is illegal or damages to LIFEUNO, its directors, employees, affiliates, distributors, partners, service providers and / or any user and / or data or Content on the Application.

You will not use the Application for illegal, immoral, offensive purposes or for any other purpose that may violate or violate applicable laws and regulations.

You will not interfere with, interfere with or impede the proper functioning of the Application.
As a user, you can have access to business-sensitive information. You may not share such information with LIFEUNO's direct competitors or use it for competitive purposes, except with 
LIFEUNO's prior written consent.

You understand that as part of your registration process as well as during your use of the Application, you may receive communications from LIFEUNO about your registered contact information. These notices will relate to your registration, services provided by LIFEUNO, transactions that you perform through the Application and any such information that LIFEUNO deems appropriate for your attention. Please note that LIFEUNO only sends these messages to the contact information that you or LSP provide in the Application. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct contact information for the transaction you wish to enter into. In addition, LIFEUNO may also send you notifications and reminders of any features you may use on the Application. By accepting these terms of use, you give us your unequivocal consent to collect your medical records and / or reports from LSP. LIFEUNO may also share the dynamic password with you to facilitate the online delivery of your medical report. You hereby consent to receive such notices from LIFEUNO.

You will not share your log-in information with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and password. You are responsible for all use of your account and password, whether approved by you or not. You must immediately notify LIFEUNO of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account or password. LIFEUNO is not responsible for your losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. You may be liable for the losses of LIFEUNO or others due to such unauthorized use.


LIFEUNO is a transaction facilitator. Through the Application, LIFEUNO facilitates the purchase of services offered for sale by LSP. You understand and accept that LIFEUNO only provides hosting services to you. All services offered for sale on the Application are owned by LSP. LIFEUNO has no control over LSP services and does not create or initiate the transmission or select the sender / recipient of the transmission. The authenticity and authenticity of the services provided by LSP through the Application is the sole responsibility of LSP. You understand and accept that the Application has no responsibility with respect to the authenticity of the services provided through the Application.

Use of services

The Application can be used to access a variety of wellness and health services and related services. Depending on the status of your registration and subject to the restrictions and limitations imposed by the Agreement or by LIFEUNO, you can use the following services through the Application:

1. Online consultations (through LifeUno care team physicians and / or LSP);
2. Home exam; Lab/sample collections;
4. Booking of radiology services;
5. Delivery of pharmaceutical goods and services offered for sale by LSP;
6. Doctor prescribed medication / drug delivery;
7. OTC medicine delivery;
8. Home services including, but not limited to, non-stress vaccination, physiotherapy or other therapy;
9. Long-term care programs for chronic diseases;
10. Follow-up service;
11. Care after surgery;
12. Second opinion service;
13. Patient data storage service;
14. Built-in app features such as health tracking, medication reminders, storage and viewing of your medical records, information and history, including general medical information, outpatient records, prescriptions, prescriptions, laboratory tests and radiology reports along with information regarding your family members;
15. Such other services as may be suggested from time to time.

The aforementioned list of services is collectively referred to as 'services'.

The services are non-transferable and only cover the registered User.

You accept and acknowledge that the ownership of the medicines you have ordered must be transferred to you immediately upon delivery of medicines and submission of the invoice to the relevant LSP. Accordingly, the sale of medicines at the LSP itself is terminated. Upon your acceptance of the Substances, the related services will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

The minimum age requirement of 18 years does not apply to any service that is open to children and young people aged 1-18 years as secondary members who have access to and are allowed to use services through their primary member account and under strict guidance, monitoring and observation. of their primary member is the parent / guardian / legal representative of such children. The parent / guardian / legal representative of such children is solely responsible or liable for all services to which such minor children have access and / or used through the Application.

Online consultations

You are advised not to use LifeUno online consultation services in case of medical emergencies such as accidents, bleeding injuries, burns, sexual abuse / assault, medical matters, or if you are in a critical condition.

If you are a registered user but do not meet the above requirements, do not use the online consulting services. LIFEUNO is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss that you may suffer if you choose to access these services.

All registered users who opt for online consultation services may be asked to undergo an initial medical examination to determine and record medical history, medical history and medical status before video consultation support can be provided.

Online consultation services are provided with the express consent of the User, and the same should not be construed as a substitute for physical consultation, and the services are intended for general consultation only. If after online consultation, if it is recommended to undergo any diagnostic tests, or if you are issued a prescription, the same are given based on the information and the preliminary examination and therefore the same should not be treated as accurate, definitive and crucial. LSP reserves the right to change the prescription or recommended diagnostic tests if the User provides additional information in future consultation.

Online consultation services can be provided via the following communication channels Call Center guides / Phones / Mobile phones / IM chats / Online chats / SMS and text chat with and without camera and video facilities at LIFEUNO's sole discretion. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect your privacy and confidentiality across healthcare consulting services. You must give your express consent to an 'online consent' before such consultations can be given to you. In the event that such consent is not given, you are not entitled to access online consulting services.

Prescription drugs

To purchase drugs that require a valid medical prescription issued by a medical expert/physician ('Prescription drugs & quot;) from LSP through the Application, you must upload a scanned and clean copy of the valid prescription on the Application or e-mail to the same with  LIFEUNO. You must ensure that the doctor / physician prescribes medicines with generic names as far as possible. The order will not be processed and forwarded to the relevant LSP or LSPs by LIFEUNO until we receive a copy of a valid prescription. The LSP will verify the prescription shared by you, and in the event that the LSP (s) observe discrepancies in the recipe you have uploaded, the LSP (s) will cancel the order immediately. You may also be asked to make the original prescription available at the time of receipt of delivery of prescription medication.

You acknowledge and agree that the order for replacement of a prescription drug will not be processed if the medical expert / physician has not himself given permission for another similar generic drug to be dispensed instead of the prescription drug on the prescription. The replacement of a prescription drug will only be handed out if the prescription only indicates the corresponding generic drug or salt names instead of a specific brand name.

You further acknowledge and agree that in the absence of the above, the LSP in question will not dispense a replacement drug in lieu of the prescription drug.


LIFEUNO respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect the same from you. The Application, the user content and the LIFEUNO content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

LIFEUNO application rights and LIFEUNO content:

All intellectual property in and to the Application and all Software, techniques and processes used in connection with the above belong solely to LIFEUNO or its licensors. As a user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Through your use of the Application, no intellectual property, implied or express by LIFEUNO is granted to you in any way with respect to such works.

LIFEUNO and / or its licensors assert all proprietary rights in and to all names and trademarks contained in the Application. Despite the generality of the above, the name and logo of 'LifeUno' trademarks and copyrights (including any other applicable intellectual property rights) of LIFEUNO and / or its licensors. Any use of such name or logo, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement, will constitute an infringement of the trademark and copyright (or any other such intellectual property right) of LIFEUNO and / or its licensors and may be the subject of proceedings under applicable laws.

Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all LIFEUNO Content (including all intellectual property rights in such Content) is the sole property of LIFEUNO and / or its licensors.

When you use the Application in accordance with this Agreement, LIFEUNO grants you a limited royalty-free right to use LIFEUNO content only for personal and non-commercial use in India during the agreement period.

Unless expressly stated herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implied or otherwise.

Unless expressly approved by LIFEUNO, you do not agree to reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit or create derivative works of the LIFEUNO Content, in whole or in part, in any way. You may not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice or other proprietary notice.

Rights to user content:

You agree that you are the sole owner of all rights (including all intellectual property rights) to the User Content that you post on the Application or provide to LIFEUNO.
To the extent permitted by law, you hereby grant LIFEUNO a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to make use of such User Content, including the right to copy, distribute, display, reproduce, modify, adapt the User Content, and create derivatives works of user content.


You have the opportunity to upload your identifiable health information, including physical, physiological and mental health conditions, and medical records and history of the Application, which LIFEUNO and / or LSPs can access through the Application, during the delivery of services for you. The primary User can also provide us with the information regarding a secondary user who is a minor and who is a user despite and under the primary User, on whose primary account the secondary User uses and accesses the Application and services.
We may collect various personal information from you when you use the Application and for the features that the application offers.

Our privacy policy sets forth terms regarding the collection, storage, use, processing, transfer and disclosure of such personal information.

When you click on the 'I accept 'at the time of registration or access to the Application or otherwise provide your personal information and other KYC compliance, you specifically, expressly and unequivocally consent to our privacy policy and terms of use.

LIFEUNO may disclose / transfer your personal information in accordance with applicable law and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

LIFEUNO is required by law to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your medical information. We assure you to take your privacy seriously and to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the information you provide to us. However, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that our security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information are foolproof. In addition, LIFEUNO itself may need to access your medical information (medical records, consultation history, transcripts, etc.) to investigate any deficiencies, complaints or grievances that you bring to LIFEUNO. You specifically grant LIFEUNO permission to access your medical information in such cases.


You may be provided with links on the Application that lead you to third-party websites / applications / content or service providers (aggregate 'third-party Content ").

Links to such third party applications are provided for your convenience only. Please exercise your independent judgment and caution when visiting / using third party content via a link available on the Application. If you decide to click on the links to visit such third party content, you do so on your own initiative. Your use of such third party content is subject to the terms of use of the respective third party content and LIFEUNO is not responsible for your use of third party content.

We do not extend the Agreement to other websites / applications with the exception of this Application. We do not guarantee or provide any security for the personal information that you pass on to the other sites / applications, even if such sites / applications are linked to our Application, or they use our application link.

LIFEUNO does not support any third party content that you may be directed to from the Application.


LIFEUNO will make qualified LSPs available to provide services after performing appropriate background and reference checks.

It is hereby clarified that LIFEUNO's obligation to perform appropriate background and reference checks and to validate the qualification of LSPs does not go beyond ensuring that the LSPs were registered with relevant state professional councils or central professional councils at the time of employment and had a certificate of good reputation from the relevant professional council at the time of engagement.

Service levels

In accordance with applicable law, LIFEUNO will make a commercially reasonable effort to make the Services available to Registered Users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except:

1. services involving product delivery, including but not limited to medicines / medicines;
2. scheduled downtime that will be communicated in advance to registered users;

Any inaccessibility caused by circumstances beyond LIFEUNO's reasonable control, including without limitation, cyber attacks, acts of God, acts of government or regulatory authorities, any mandate under applicable law, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, terrorist acts, strikes or other work problems, or Internet service provider and / or webhost errors or delays, paralysis attacks and / or your actions or omissions, equipment, Software or any other technology from you or any third party acting on your behalf.

4. When such a service is provided under a schedule, in which case LIFEUNO's obligation under this clause is limited to making such a service available during the schedule. This obligation will also be subject to (2) and (3) above;

5. When the registered User is outside the operational coverage of the Service.

LIFEUNO has no responsibility to unregistered users for the provision of services.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that LIFEUNO's liability to the registered User will be limited to the provision of the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

If LIFEUNO suspects illegal, unlawful or fraudulent activity on the Application of a user, notwithstanding any other rights that LIFEUNO may have towards such User, LIFEUNO reserves the right to inform the relevant government or law enforcement authorities. LIFEUNO will cooperate in any investigative procedures or requests for access / information initiated by such governments or law enforcement agencies.

LIFEUNO reserves the right to add new functionality, remove existing functionality and change existing functionality to its services whenever and whenever it deems appropriate, and make such changes available in newer versions of the Application at its sole discretion. All users of its services will be duly notified after the release of such newer versions, and LIFEUNO reserves the right to automatically upgrade all users to the latest version of its services whenever and wherever it deems appropriate.

The Application and services may be subject to certain constraints, such as storage space constraints, bandwidth constraints, unexpected downtime, unavailability of LSPs due to unforeseen circumstances, and so on.
LIFEUNO reserves the right to schedule / reschedule / cancel appointments and exchange LSPs at any time without prior notice.

LIFEUNO reserves the right to refuse Service at any time without giving any reason. The terms of refund and cancellation are specified below.

Legal compliance

LIFEUNO will strictly adhere to and adopt all reasonable measures to ensure compliance with all state and state rules and directives that apply from time to time.

Data recording, storage, encryption and use

The information stored on the Application can be entered by you or by an LSP during services provided by LIFEUNO. The information collected as part of the Services may be stored on your mobile device as well as on a third party cloud platform ('Cloud Service Provider & quot;) or server ('Storage Service Provider").

All video consultations / IM chat consultations / text messages / audio tapes / videos / printouts/prescriptions/e-mail, and paper correspondence between users and LSP-acquired users who are patients and LSPs engaged by LIFEUNO must be recorded, stored and stored for recording purposes and in the event that such records are to be presented as evidence at the direction of a court. LIFEUNO may from time to time review this data for quality evaluation purposes. However, under normal circumstances, LIFEUNO will not have access to any information that identifies you and will either omit, mask or anonymize your personal information at the time of the quality evaluation.

It is hereby clarified that LIFEUNO has no obligation at any time to pre-screen or monitor user content. However, LIFEUNO may choose to monitor any User Content and may modify or remove any User Content from the Application if LIFEUNO in its sole discretion determines that such User Content is in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law and best practices. Where LIFEUNO removes any User Content from the Application, LIFEUNO will make reasonable efforts to inform the Registered User who had published such User Content.

All user content must be recorded, stored and stored electronically on a secure cloud database / server managed by the cloud service provider / storage service provider. LIFEUNO must do its utmost to ensure that the Cloud Service Provider / Storage Service Provider uses appropriate levels of encryption to protect data and take all necessary precautions. However, LIFEUNO is not responsible for the theft of cyber data from its application or the cloud service provider's / storage service provider's databases.

LIFEUNO must maintain a detailed transaction and purchase history for users online.
LIFEUNO reserves the right to permanently delete user content in the event that the User does not use a service for a period of three years.


Your use of this Application is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. You will abide by and abide by the terms and conditions of the Agreement in letter and spirit;
2. You will provide complete and accurate information about your health, medical history and personal care needs;
You will strictly adhere to the advice and instructions given by LSPs from time to time;
You will not delete or alter any content of the Application, including, but not limited to, legal notices, disclaimers or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, logos that you do not own or have express permission to change; and
5. You must not decipher, decompile, reverse engineer or separate the LIFEUNO Content.

Without prejudice to the rights that LIFEUNO may have under other provisions of the Agreement and under law, where LIFEUNO has reasons to believe that a User has violated a term or condition of the Agreement, then LIFEUNO shall, in its sole discretion:

1. Suspend provision of Services; and/or
2. Suspend the account of the User until there is enough information available with LIFEUNO to determine whether the User had violated a term or condition of this Agreement; and/or
3. Suspend or terminate the account of the User where LIFEUNO has determined that the User had violated a term or condition of this Agreement; and/or
4. Approach User to make good that loss or damage caused to LIFEUNO as a pre-condition to revoke the suspension; and/or
5. Take any such action against the User as it permissible under law; and/or
6. Raise invoice of Services availed by the User; and/or
7. Disable and/or delete such User Content that is in contravention of the Agreement while preserving such information and associated records for the purpose of production to governmental authorities for investigation purposes.

You agree to pay all Service fees, consulting fees, reasonable out of pocket expenses and other fees applicable to Your use of the Services. While LIFEUNO will strive to give You a fair estimate of fees in advance, the actual fee may be dependent on the type of Services that You purchase and may vary based on the number or duration of the Services subscribed to.
You are solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations and reporting. LIFEUNO is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its own income tax.

The fees could be paid online through the facility made on the Application. Third parties support and services are required to process online fee payment. LIFEUNO is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User during this process as these third parties are beyond the control of LIFEUNO.

At the sole discretion of LIFEUNO, the fees could also be paid offline and be either collected personally from the User. 
All fees are inclusive of taxes. The payment process would be complete only on receipt of the amount to LIFEUNO' designated bank account.

An invoice for fees against Services received by You will be generated periodically and/or in advance as the case may be, and will be intimated to You on the Application and/or on Your contact details. You may be requested to make the payment immediately or on a deferred basis, at the sole discretion of LIFEUNO. In case the fees against Services are not received within the requested timeframe, LIFEUNO reserves the right to stop provision of Services on immediate basis, permanently delete Your account and all information stored against your account and, suspend or terminate the Agreement. You will be solely responsible for the consequences of non-payment for the fees within the requested timeframe and have no right of recovery in any form against LIFEUNO.

In order to process the payments, LIFEUNO might require details of Your bank account, credit card number etc. Please check our privacy policy AVAILBALE HERE on how LIFEUNO uses the confidential information provided by You.
LIFEUNO shall send an intimation of fee receipt through an e-mail and/or your contact details within seven (7) working days of fee receipt from You.


LIFEUNO and LSP may occasionally promote their Services on the Application available for you to purchase. We try to encourage LSP to offer good quality Services and materials at competitive prices but we have no control over them, we do not endorse the Services they offer, or give you any assurance that they will be suitable for your needs. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself in this regard and we have no liability in connection with the same. All promotions are for limited period and subject to special terms and conditions, which are in addition to the terms and condition stated herein.
For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that any reference of the term 'offer/offered for sale by the LSP', as appearing in the Agreement, shall be construed solely as an 'invitation to offer for sale' by any such LSP.

Activation Policy

For Services that require activation, an executive will get in touch with You within 2 business days of the purchase to help finish all paper formalities and activate the subscription and deliver all documents to the registered address within 10 business days of online purchase.

For Services that involve home visits, We will communicate the availability of the LSP at the time of providing the Service. If You wish to reschedule the home visit, You can select a preferred appointment date and time through the Application or though the Wellness Concierge stationed around you. While LIFEUNO does not guarantee availability of appointment date and time, it will try and confirm appointment as per Your preference.

For all LIFEUNO Services that require delivery, the estimated delivery date shall be provided to You on the Application at the time of placing the order.

You should check the items dispensed to you carefully promptly upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error or goods have been tampered, you should contact us immediately and should not take the goods or use any of the items. Any complaints with regard to shortage of Goods, defects or otherwise will not be entertained by LIFEUNO once the same are accepted at the time of delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For internet-based subscription Services, You are free to cancel the Service at any time. LIFEUNO shall refund any unexpended advance fees paid by You at the time of cancellation of the Service. In case You wish to seek a refund of the advance paid by You because You do not agree with a modification to the Agreement, please write to We will process refund of the unexpended amount.

Subjected to terms under clause 'Use of Services' of this Agreement for all home-based Services, LIFEUNO shall provide refund of any unexpended advance fees paid by You if:

1. LIFEUNO is not able to deliver the Services and/or Products for any reason. In case You wish to seek a refund of the advance paid by You because You believe;

2. LIFEUNO Service is not as per the specification provided on the Application or in case of any valid discrepancies please write to within 15 days from availing the services. LIFEUNO will process a refund of the unexpended amount provided internal investigation confirms the claim made by you.


The Services are not a replacement for emergency services offered at hospitals and should not be accessed if the patient is in a critical condition. In Medical Emergency (defined hereunder), please contact emergency services and/or rush to the nearest hospital.

"Medical Emergency" will include a serious and unexpected situation that may involve illness or injury and requiring immediate medical attention in the absence of which, possess an imminent threat/risk to life and can potentially lead to death in the absence of the medical attention. In such situation patient (adult and minor) may undergo through any or multiple of the following conditions:

1. development of chest pain;
2. sudden breathing difficulty;
3. inability to speak;
4. inability to move any of the body parts;
5. loss of consciousness;
6. sudden loss of vision and/or hearing;
7. not oriented to surrounding;
8. sudden abnormal behavior;
9. sudden irritability;
10. extreme lethargy;
11. extreme discomfort;
12. sudden worsening of any pre-existing medical conditions; 
13. sudden development of severe pain.


By Using This Application, You hereby represent and warrant that:

1. You are 18 years of age or older and that Your use of the Application shall not violate any applicable law or regulation;
2. Where a minor may access or use the Application or Service, You will ensure that such access or use happens through Your account and under Your personal supervision. Further, You accept to be accountable and liable for the activity of the minor on the Application, including in respect of the Services availed on the Application;
3. All registration information You submit is truthful and accurate and that You agree to maintain the accuracy of such information;
4. You as a Registered User will use the Application solely for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of this Application or its Content other than for personal purposes is strictly prohibited.

LIFEUNO represents and warrants that:

1. it is a company duly registered under the [Companies Act, 2013] and has the power and authority to provide the Services and the Application;
2. it has all permits, approvals and licenses necessary to carry out the Services and in fulfilling its obligations hereunder;
3. by entering into this Agreement, LIFEUNO does not violate any of the previous arrangements entered into with other entities to which it is a party;


You understand that there are inherent risks involved in receiving wellness/healthcare/medical services over a mobile/computer platform, which include:

Information transmitted may not be sufficient (e.g., poor resolution of images) to allow for appropriate medical decision making by a LSP;

1. Your LSP may neither be able to provide medical treatment to You nor provide for or arrange for care that You may require in the case of an emergency;

2. Delays in medical evaluation and treatment could occur due to deficiencies or failures of the Application;
3. Security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy of Your confidential medical information.
4. A lack of access to complete medical records may result in errors in medical judgment.

User may expect the anticipated benefits from the Services provided by LIFEUNO, LSPs and its authorized representatives, but no results can be guaranteed. The User's condition may not be cured or improved, and in some cases, it may get worse.
LIFEUNO hereby disclaims any responsibility towards Users in terms of development, maintenance and updating of the Application.

Any modification, development, maintenance or updating of the Application and any modification, transfer, license or assignment of the rights in the Application shall be done by LIFEUNO as per its sole judgment and in its sole discretion.
The Application and Services provided by LIFEUNO are provided "as-is," and "as available", and without any warranties or conditions (express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade). To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIFEUNO disclaims all liability arising out of the User's use or reliance upon the Application, the Services, the LIFEUNO Content, representations and warranties made by LIFEUNO or any opinion or suggestion given or expressed by LIFEUNO or its contractors and agents (including LSPs).

Specifically, LIFEUNO disclaims any liability arising out of:

1. Any pre-existing medical condition; or
2. Any adverse drug reaction (due to any act or omission based on information found on the Application, or otherwise); or
3. Sudden escalation of a prior medical condition or medical situations that occur on account of omission of critical and material health information by a User.

LIFEUNO assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for ways in which Your personal data is used. It is the responsibility of You alone to ensure that Your personal data is used in compliance to applicable privacy laws.
LIFEUNO assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User's equipment on account of User's access to, use of, or browsing the Application or the downloading of any material, data, text, images, video content, or audio Content from the Application. If a User is dissatisfied with the Application, the User's sole remedy is to discontinue using the Application.

LifeUno shall not be held liable and or responsible for any loss, damage or injury, caused to User's person or body or any monetary loss caused, whether direct or indirect, due to use of services provided by LifeUno, LSPs and its authorized representative or use of third party services by the User through LifeUno's Application. 
Use of the Application does not include the provision of a computer or mobile device or other necessary equipment to access it. To use the Application You will require internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. LIFEUNO shall not have any responsibility or liability for costs incurred in procuring any equipment or telephone or other costs you may incur in connection with the use of the Application.


Information regarding LSP and LIFEUNO Services is intended for general reference purposes only. Such information often changes frequently and may become out of date or inaccurate. You are encouraged to independently verify any such information You see on the Application with respect to a LSP that You seek to engage through the Application.







To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LIFEUNO or its contractors or agents (including LSPs) or any of their directors, officers, employees, agents or Content or service providers (collectively, the "Protected Entities") be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill) arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, reliance on, or the inability to use or rely on, the Application or the Services, materials and functions related thereto whether or not LIFEUNO has been warned of the possibility of such damages or could have reasonably foreseen such damages.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Protected

Entities to a User for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from the terms and conditions or a User's use of the Application exceed, in the aggregate, INR 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) or the amount of payment against Services that has been directly received by LIFEUNO from the User in the past three months, whichever is lower.


You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LIFEUNO, LIFEUNO's contractors, agents, representatives and other authorized users (Registered and Non-Registered Users, Patients, LSPs), and each of the foregoing entities' respective contractors, agents, representatives, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from (i) Your use of the Application or Service (ii) Your breach of terms, conditions or provisions of this Agreement, or violation of any law, rules or regulations by the User, or due to such other actions, omissions or commissions of the User that gave rise to the claim., (iii) any negligent or intentional wrongdoing on Your part, (vi) misrepresentations or fraudulent feedback that has adversely affected LIFEUNO or its Users, (v) User's actions resulting from the User's viewing of Content on LIFEUNO Application, (vi) any legal or third-party intellectual property right claim that may arise from the User Content and (vii) any such claim or liability arising out of unauthorized use of Application and Content within the Application


In the event where a User has breached the Agreement in LIFEUNO's sole judgment or when LIFEUNO is unable to verify or authenticate any information provide by User to LIFEUNO or when or User fails to provide the consents necessary or desirable for LIFEUNO to provide the Services (or after providing such consent, later revokes), LIFEUNO reserves the right to suspend and / or terminate the User's account and/or access to the Application by blocking Your IP address or e-mail id or blocking your Unique Access Code and Patient Identification Number with or without notice to the User. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for suspending and / or terminating User account and/or User access to the Application and/or Services. Upon suspension or termination, Your right to use the features on the Application including Services shall immediately cease and LIFEUNO may permanently remove or delete Your information that is available with LIFEUNO, including but not limited to log-in and account information. LIFEUNO shall not be liable to User or any third-party for any refunds, claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension of User's account or any other actions taken by LIFEUNO in connection with such account termination or suspension. Once the User's account has been temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated, User may not continue to use the Application under the same account, a different account or re-register under a new account.


This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while You use the Application in any manner or capacity.
You can terminate Your relationship with LIFEUNO at any time by providing ninety (60) days' prior written notice at We need this period to inactivate/deactivate User account, only after verifying if there are any ongoing or pending Services or payments to be received by LIFEUNO. LIFEUNO may require User to continue until the completion of an ongoing Service should the situation warrant.

LIFEUNO may terminate its relationship with You after providing 30 (thirty) days' prior written notice to Your registered e-mail address. However, it does not prejudice LIFEUNO' right to refuse, deny and withdraw Service to You without providing any reason.

LIFEUNO may terminate the Agreement without notice and with immediate effect where, in the sole opinion of LIFEUNO:

1. Any material relating to personal and medical information furnished by a User appears to be untrue; or
2. A User is critical or unstable or dead; or
3. Provision of Services poses a risk to life of LSPs; or

4. Financial dues have not been paid by a User within requested timeframe; or
5. User fails to cooperate with LSPs or LIFEUNO; or
6. LSPs and/or other LIFEUNO resources are no longer adequate, available and/or suitable to accommodate the User's health requirements.

LIFEUNO reserves the right to suspended or withdrawn any non-paid version of any variant, tool, edition, add-on, and ancillary product or Service of the Application from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. LIFEUNO may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any non-paid version of any variant, tool, edition, add-on, and ancillary product or Service of the Application for any reason. LIFEUNO may change or update the non-paid version of any variant, tool, edition, add-on, and ancillary product or Service of the Application without notice to you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to such part of the Application or close it indefinitely.


e information provided under this Application and the terms and conditions therein are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India.
The parties shall be bound to submit all disputes and differences howsoever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to arbitration by one (1) arbitrator, mutually appointed by the parties. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka. Subject to the aforesaid, the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction to grant urgent interim reliefs to the parties.
The parties shall have the right to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain interim injunctive relief in respect of any dispute, pending resolution of such dispute in accordance with the Agreement.


Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be excluded from the Agreement and the remainder of the Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event the Agreement shall be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal.

Notices: All notices and other communications required or permitted hereunder to be given to a party shall be in writing, in the English language, and shall be sent e-mail, or mailed by prepaid internationally-recognized courier or otherwise delivered by hand or by messenger, addressed to such party's address as set forth below or at such other address as the party shall have furnished to the other party in writing in accordance with this provision:

• If to LIFEUNO: 1245, 22nd Main Road, 13th Cross Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

• If to You: at the e-mail address provided by You to us when You registered as a User. If You are a Secondary User, You agree to receive communications and be notified at the e-mail address of the Primary User.

No term of the Agreement shall be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented. Any consent by any party to, or waiver of a breach by the other, whether expressed or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.

Force Majeure: LIFEUNO shall not be liable for any downtime or delay or unavailability of the Application or services provided therein caused by circumstances beyond LIFEUNO's reasonable control, including without limitation, cyber-attacks, acts of God, acts of government, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labour problems, internet service provider failures or delays, or denial of service attacks.

Advertisement: LIFEUNO shall have the right to place advertisements and publicity materials of its choice, including that pertaining to parties other than itself for commercial use through electronic means on the Application.

Assignment: The services provided under this Agreement are personal in nature and cannot be assigned.

Conflict: In the event there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement, the following order of prevalence shall apply: (i) Service Provider Agreement (ii) any additional Service-specific terms and conditions that may be agreed by You (iii) Privacy Policy (iv) the Terms of Use and (v) any other policies applicable to specific pages of the Application.
Modifications: LIFEUNO reserves the right to modify any part of the Agreement at any time without giving You prior notice. No part of the Agreement shall stand modified unless consented to in writing by LIFEUNO.

When LIFEUNO updates the Agreement, We will notify you through an e-mail. Alternatively, LIFEUNO may cause Your account to be logged-off in and make Your subsequent account log-in conditional on acceptance of the Agreement.
If You do not agree to the changes, please do not access or use the Application and the Services any further.
