Health Camp Terms & Conditions
By signing up to participate in LifeUno's Health Checkup Camp, all joiners (including Doctors, Nurses, Care Concierges, and Phlebotomists) agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These rules are established to protect the integrity of the camp, ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, and mitigate risks associated with camp activities and human factors.
1. Certification and Declarations:
All joiners must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their certifications, qualifications, and personal details.
Any falsification, misrepresentation, or withholding of relevant information, including incorrect declarations and unprofessional behaviour, will result in immediate termination of participation and may involve further legal action.
2. Ethical Behaviour and Interpersonal Relationships:
Joiners are expected to adhere to the highest standards of ethical behaviour and professionalism at all times.
Respectful and courteous communication towards patients/clients, colleagues, and community members is mandatory. Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and will lead to disciplinary action.
3. Behavioural Conduct:
Joiners must exhibit appropriate behavioural patterns and avoid any form of aggression or hostility towards others.
Any unacceptable behaviours, such as anger management issues or consistent displays of aggression, will result in immediate removal from the camp.
4. Sexual Harassment and Related Issues:
LifeUno enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and any forms of inappropriate conduct.
Any joiner found engaging in or condoning such behaviours will face immediate expulsion from the camp and further legal consequences.
5. Safety Protocols:
The safety of patients/clients and medical staff is of utmost importance.
All joiners must adhere strictly to safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE), proper handling of medical instruments, and following all camp procedures diligently.
Any actions compromising safety will lead to immediate dismissal from the camp.
6. Integrity and Honesty:
Joiners are expected to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and transparency in all their actions and decisions.
Any forms of dishonesty, fraud, or unethical behaviour will be met with strict penalties, including expulsion and possible legal action.
7. Data Privacy and Respect:
Joiners must maintain the confidentiality of all patient/client data and respect their privacy at all times.
Unauthorized disclosure of any confidential information will result in severe disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.
8. Reporting Issues:
Joiners are encouraged to report any violations of human rights, discrimination, racism, or unethical behaviors observed within the camp.
LifeUno promotes a safe and supportive environment for raising concerns and ensures protection for those who report issues from retaliation.
9. Compliance and Accountability:
Joiners must comply with all local, state, and national regulations, as well as LifeUno’s internal policies and procedures.
Any involvement in political activities, irrational behaviours, or actions that compromise the camp's mission will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary measures.
10. Legal Disclaimer:
Any activities falling under criminal or civil liability will be promptly reported to the police and appropriate action will be taken.
LifeUno shall cooperate fully with the concerned government authorities in such matters.
11. Insurance and Risk Mitigation:
LifeUno shall take workmen's insurance covering travel and other insurable risks for all joiners for the entire period of the health camp.
By participating in the LifeUno Health Checkup Camp, all joiners acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk.
LifeUno is fully absolved from any liabilities arising from non-compliance, misconduct, or any other breaches of these terms and conditions by the joiners.
LifeUno is not liable for any personal injuries, loss or damage to property, or any other unforeseen incidents occurring during participation in the camp.
